Elections should reflect the will of the people; share facts on social media-Okowa

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has emphasised on the need for elections to reflect the will of Nigerians.
Okowa stated this in Asaba when the Nigeria Union of Journalist Chairman, Delta state council Comr. Michael Ikeogwu and members of the newly inaugurated executives paid him a visit in the state capital.
Okowa told the crew that information passed to Nigerians on Social media should be the facts so that unnecessary heating up of still waters could be avoided.
He said, "we need to cross check facts before posting. Now with the new media all manner of reporting is out there in the public..."
On his remark, Comr. Michael Ikeogwu said the visit was to present the newly executives to the Governor and also seek his support.

Over the last three decades, BIAFRA has been all over the air. This whole struggle started 1967 by Late. Emeka Ojukwu.
