Arsenal defeated Chelsea by penalty in the 2017 FA community shield final

Arsenal defeated the English premier league champions on penalty shoot out on Sunday 6th August, 2017 at Wembly stadium after a 90 minutes of play.
Both teams playing very well for the  first half, the referee blew the first half break whistle as both teams went into the break 0:0.

After the first half break, at 47th minute, Victor Moses, the Nigerian broke the tie by scoring the first goal assisted by Gary Cahill.

Arsenal came out of their shell as Pedro secured a red card at 78th minute of play.

Arsenal new signing, Sead Kolasinac who was substituted into the game at 29th minute, scored the equalizing goal from a free kick at 81st minute.

After added time of 5 minutes to the 90 minutes of play, Arsenal won the 2017 FA community shield cup by penalty beating chelsea 4:1 at Wembley standium.
